Step 2. Feedback

Usually we take 2-5 workdays to review applications properly and get back to you with feedback. Sometimes our hiring team can be overloaded and it can take more time to answer.

Step 3. Interview

Interview process usually depends on roles you will be interview for. We try to keep the process simple while you meet your future team members and feel our vibes!

<aside> 👫 Hard Skills Interview 👥 Manager or Senior Team member 🕒 40 min - 60 min ✏️ We will deep dive in your experience, knowledge and hard skills. This interview can include test tasks and cases.

<aside> 👫 Team Fit Interview 👥 Manager or Senior Team member 🕒 40 min - 60 min ✏️ You will meet the team to check if it is comfortable and fun for both of you.

Step 4. Reference Check

We prefer to make thoughtful decision and collect as much data as possible before the offer. It means that we can ask you to provide a couple of contacts (usually your colleagues and manager) to provide feedback on you.

No worries, by this time we are pretty sure we want to see you in the team, we just want to get additional info about you strengths and area for development.
